1. Processing Time
Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days. However, since our products are made-to-order, custom-made, or personalized, processing and delivery times may vary depending on the item type and the time required to produce it. Each product will have specific processing and delivery times indicated on the product page for your reference.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
At the moment, we only offer Standard Shipping, which takes approximately 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s tracking system.
5. Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes that may apply.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@glamupgiftshop.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
