Return and Refund Policy for Glam Up Gift Shop

At Glam Up Gift Shop, we specialize in personalized and customized products, and as such, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, we understand that issues can arise. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.

To request a return, exchange, or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@glamupgiftshop.com  within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include a photo of the item and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Resolution: We will review your request and arrange for a return, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Returns

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), and gift cards. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that certain goods are excluded from the cooling-off period. This includes personalized items, perishable goods, and some digital content or goods.

To initiate a return, email us at support@glamupgiftshop.com . You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning the item, and please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund appears. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@glamupgiftshop.com.
